At TaskFuel, we believe your productivity should not cost your privacy. We operate with full transparency and in compliance with global standards, following the principle of minimal data collection and aligning our operations with the [UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)](/legal/ods).

What We Collect (And Where It Stays)

1. On Your Device (Local Storage)

The vast majority of data generated by using the tool never leaves your computer. It is stored locally in your browser.

• What stays there: Message texts, proposal drafts, activity history, productivity metrics, and personalization settings.
• Our access: None. We do not see, process, or store this data on our servers.

2. In Our Cloud (Firebase)

We only collect and store technical data strictly necessary to ensure the functioning, security, and management of your account.

• Identification: Basic data from your Google Account (Email and ID) used exclusively for secure authentication (Login).
• Subscription Management: Information about your current plan (Free, Pro, etc.), usage limits, and main working platform.

Purpose of Processing

We use cloud data exclusively to:

1. Authenticate your identity and prevent fraud.
2. Manage your access to the features of your contracted plan.
3. Security, ensuring only you access your settings.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal information with third parties for advertising purposes.

Your Rights

You have total control. Since most data is on your device, you can delete it by clearing your browsing data. For account data, you can request the permanent deletion of your registration at any time.
