Welcome to TaskFuel. By using our tool, you agree to the terms described below.

1. The Service

TaskFuel is a productivity suite designed for freelancers ("Local-First"), aimed at optimizing your workflow on third-party platforms.

2. Privacy and Data

We take your privacy seriously. We adopt an architecture where your sensitive data remains under your control.

• Local Data: Message content, proposals, productivity metrics, and activity logs are stored exclusively on your device (Local Storage). We do not have access to this data.
• Cloud Data: We only collect what is strictly necessary for managing your account (via Firebase Authorization and Firestore): Google account identification, plan/subscription type, and usage count (for Free plan limits).

3. User Responsibility

You are entirely responsible for:

• The content of messages and proposals generated or sent through the tool.
• Compliance with the terms of use of the freelance platforms where you operate.
• The security and backup of data stored locally on your device.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

TaskFuel is provided "as is", without warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for decisions made based on the tool's suggestions.

5. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
